Off and away shortly, allegedly they have copied bike park Wales who had the only uplift service in the country, and now fort William offer an uplift service as well.

Can anyone recommend a good bike stand for maintenance? I live in a flat where storage space is limited so something compact would be great.

rode glencoe downhill today. scary shit going up the gondola type thing. route down was pretty decent though, fairly rocky and rough. managed to get a decent time down it considering most other people there were on dh bikes. will upload videos of that and the fort william red dh run, which is possibly the most awful thing I've ridden as an actual trail.

I have this:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BIKE-BICYCLE-CYCLE-MAINTENANCE-MECHANIC-REPAIR-FOLDING-WORK-STAND-MOUNTAIN-TOOL-/360789298882?pt=UK_SportsLeisure_Cycling_BikeLocks_SR&hash=item5400b7cec2

Works really well for the money spent, amazing value. 8/10 would recommend

lots of north shore on the red at for william. drops, jumps, blind banked corners. i bloody hate north shore.

stunning however for the views.

glencoe on sunday was a bit bleaker weather wise. chair lift honestly scared the shit out of me. had to clip bike on then run to the front get in and pull barrier down in the space of about 3 seconds it felt like. I'm not good with heights, so yeah, real good fun when it was wobbling in the wind.

never good to see your best mate smashed into a ditch upside down. he landed badly off a gap jump which we had done all day long no problem, wobbled and fell into the rocky ditch at the side landing on his head and side. i haven't got a a full face helmet, I'm buying one now.

ankle isn't broken, looked like it when i got there.

good weekend. definitely going back up there next year.

id imagine they do yeah but I'm not certain. I'm not exactly the most balanced or agile so the north shore was fair intimidating in all honesty
