Long story short,fully rebuilt xe in a Corsa. Drove home earlier about 15 miles,was ok but a bit spluttery and Ecu light was on. Every now again the spluttering would stop for about 2 seconds and then it'd really kick in. Pulled up to traffic lights,idling and spluttering then cut out. Wouldn't start again,was like it was over fuelling but checked plugs and they weren't even wet. Wierd thing is then checked if had fuel and spark and had both. Timings not moved. Tried firing it up every 5 minutes or so and sometimes would nearly fire up but just wouldn't quite get there! Other times wouldn't even attempt to fire up! Also sometimes when I turn it over the ecu light goes out as it should,but sometimes it just stays lit. Checked earths and sensors,all seem to be connected properly. Really stuck on this... P.s sorry for the essay!

If ECU light is on then somethings up, just read the codes

il try that 2moro. Never done it before, is it the ecu light that flashes? And it's like morse code sort of style isn't? But without the sound!
