Had to take thurs/fri as recovery days, in addition to today. I could barely walk the stairs, knees were a mess etc. But im just about back to a state where i can start again. So on with the second fit test 2mo morning. Along with weigh in and i will try get measurements (forgot at the start to measure).

Ive still been eating mega clean, and practically cut out all carbs on these days recovering. Knocking back loads of protien and some good fats.

Started at 216lb, really hope to be sub 210lb tomorrow, after all this effort eating right and training hard.

Well the results of week 2 are in, and im happy!

Starting Weight: 216lb
Current Weight: 208lb
Weight loss in 2 weeks: 8lb

Thats a good weight loss imo. Just thinking what it would have been had i not had to miss 3 workouts.

I have been very very stirict with my diet, but after some discussions with russ, im eating too much brown bread, so im going to substitue that for something else and mix the meals up a bit.

On with the fit test later today, so i will post changes with that later.

longer and more difficult.. max interval circuit which is the first one you will do from month 2 is 60 mins long,
max inter plyo is 54 mins, max cardio conditioning is 47 mins and max interval sport training is 54 mins.

they tie together alot of the moves you know plus add some new ones

forward to 2:17 here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aEEze4BfPrY&feature=relmfu

i think you probably doing level 1 drills in month one.. the max work outs are level 3 drills which is 16 of each.

you get used to it though were i wouldnt say its easy but you can get though it...

Im not sure ill manage that after 5 weeks. I can see myself repeating the first 4 weeks again to keep building my fitness.

My legs kill me after the warm up every time. Really suffer with pain in arch of feet and my ankle just feel so weak and want to give up on me all the while.

Why not just through yourself at it, like everyone else?

Through myself?

Why punish my body trying to do something its not able to do yet, when i could repeat the first week, building my fitness ready for the harder week?

You have to remember im going from an obese state, with very little excersize in the past 10 years.

This is designed for people with a decent level of fitness to begin with. Hence me starting off, doing what i can do, i still cant manage to complete the workouts, without adding extra small breaks now and again. My fitness has probably doubled from the start, im doing much much more than the first week.

Im in no rush, its 60 days, doesnt matter if i add an extra 30 days does it.

You dont go weight lifting, knowing youcant bench press 200kg, but try anyway do you.

Well no buy you still go and try to bench instead of warming upt to the idea by using seated rows

Just saying you might get bored otherwise, its meant to push you and ask of you things which you don't mentally think you can do.

Train the mind and body etc

Plus you say you have little stops which is fine personally, i was at circuits the other day and after pushing a 65kg sled 200m, i was heaving, thats when i would say a break is needed

Have you tried insanity?

The first workouts are far from easy for me. I'm proper pushing myself as it is. I sweat buckets and feel like I'm gonna pass out or throw up at the end lol.

I'll see how it goes.

Ive tried my running trainers, which have arch support, but its kinda too much arch support. Bare footed, crappy trainers, sock, well annoys me lol.

Ill have a look in boots then

Been and bought some Nike flex tr2 trainers today. The difference in leg aching was unreal. I did still get slight aches in feet but nothing like normal. Then when finished I didn't ache at all. Which I normally ache like mad.

Did the pure cardio followed by cardio abs for the first time today. That was fucking hard lol
