I have never actually used them or had anything delivered by them.

Anybody used Collect+ ? I had something delivered the same day it was collected from my local shop!

We offer a collection service, either for faulty products or for the collection of empty coffee capsules. They appear to have decided this is not as important as deliveries. I have raised about 10 complaints this week as they haven't even updated their systems other than to say they have received the data. Customer's have had big bags sat on their doorsteps for weeks and in the end throw them out or don't save them for recycling anymore.

I had one customer who had waited over a week and their website said card left with customer, so not sure why they couldn't pick the bag up at the door!

Good one today.

Parcel not been delivered and they say they left a card. They then updated the nominated delivery day 3 times. Finally they have said -

Unable to find parcel and driver no longer works for us

Stuck a claim in which they promptly accepted

See I still have yet to have an issue with them! My parcels must avoid all the retards on their journey South and my local courier is obviously pretty good too!

Had 8 boxes from ECP in the last few weeks alone, all in perfect condition, delivered on time etc etc
