I've used them a few times recently & had no problem.

I'm in the middle of using them right now as I have a set of wheels coming from Scotland to me :-/

Only thing I'd say is they sometimes take a while but considering I generally choose the 2 days+ option I can't really say anything

Really really shite company, as said already i got some hobo lookalike in a 1996 escort van delivering my parcel 2 days late at 7.15am. A Mate had a car door delivered by them, was completely fucked by the time it got to him, looked like someone had dropped it from 40 foot.

I applied for a job with them over 4 years ago when I left my old job, didnt hear anything, ironically started working at royal mail (delivery wasn't my dream job but no one else was hiring and its easy work) this last month I've had 4 messages from Yodel asking if I want to deliver for them.

On a delivery front, we had 3 parcels from amazon done by them, all meant to be delivered on the same day, the first two were battered to shit, the missus complained about it, the other package arrived 2 days later. Both were delivered by some swearing youth in his shit car moaning about it raining.

I ordered something from Amazon at Xmas and they used yodel, the tracking ref told me it was out for delivery for 5 days, after calling they said it was sat in the depot and there was no rush in getting it out to me as it was there standard delivery time scale! They said I could come pick it up! will never use them again!

Ordered an iPod for my Dad to use whilst in hospital which was supposed to be delivered by Yodel today.

The tracking says "Delivered" and we've been in all day.
Phoned up the call centre and was cut off after they made 20p from us.

Finally got through and the package was "Delivered, but not to customer", with no idea who.

Sounds like it's been nicked, so my Dad's gonna have to wait until another one is sent.
Fucking useless company.

I got a card through from Yodel saying that they had attempted a delivery at my house about 2 weeks ago for someone named Bruce, and becuase I wasn't in they had left it propped up next to the door. Now i'd not ordered anything, there is nobody called Bruce at my house and there was nothing outside

Didn't think anything of it and was going to ring the number but i'd never heard of them and didn't want to be charged millions to call the number as part of some scan. Kept the card for a week or so though just in case but never heard anything so threw it away.

Friday I had a knock on the door from a bloke who worked for them asking questions about it. He said he'd left it mine as he got the wrong address and wanted the parcel back as the person who it was for had put a claim in and the money had been taken out of his insurance or summat. I explained that there never was a package and that nobody called Bruce lived at my house.

He was a right wanker about it, saying it was deffo left outside and because where I live it is secluded (sp) that there is no way it could have been stolen and was basically impliying that I had got it. At this point I told him where to go and he wheel spun his shitty van away in a rage. Spoke to the neigbours and they'd had a similar vist from the bloke.

Rang the company to advise them what had gone and they didn't give a fuck either. If it happens again im having whatever it is and keeping it so the cunt of a delivery person loses out again.

I raised an express query and they were adament that the order was left at the correct address. I contacted their account manager to advise the customer disputed it. Later that day I received an email to say the driver would go back and redeliver!

DHL and Yodel aren't part of the same company anymore. Yodel bought out and bought DHL's systems.

They are fucking dreadful. Bought granite stuff for a kitchen, never arrived, eventually checked their website and they had broke it and that was the end of it.

Still haven't got my $$$ back.

i've had problems with yodel as well. there's that many different brands now that are basically the same company - they just care about your stuff less depending on which label is on it i think lol.

Replacement iPod just turned up, I asked the driver what happened on Monday and acted all innocent and said it wasn't him.

He looked guilty, imho.

Yodel is so shit! I cringe whenever I buy something online and find out later that they are "delivering" it.

Raised an express query. Their response -

Driver not answering the phone. Can't help you.
