I've just put loads of veg - Carrots, potatos, spring onions, leaks, swede and stock in. Will put the beef in befor work tomorrow

Just started my next one.

1L of speckled hen real ale
1kg of diced beef
500g whole new potatoes
hand full of chopped carrots
1 onion chopped into 1/8ths

Thinking i should really add some stock or something, as its all beer atm. Might wait to see how it reduces by the time i leave in a few hours

Been on to long. 10am-6pm

Beef is tough and crap, potatoes/carrots/onions all seem like they are undercooked.

Mega dissapointment
