i went to take a pic of the result tonight but my hone was updating and i was hungry, so no pics.

If its got meat in put it in the fridge. You could also freeze it if you wanted to save it.

Mrs said mine was lush dammit.

Going to do a pork loin in apple cider with chunks of apple and veg in at the weekend. Will deffo be buying the 6.5l one so i can do full chickens and big roasts.

Think beef in guinness might be good. Or a flavoured ale?
