Mine would when I had the diff fitted in the wet.

Fucking hell that goes like fuck.

All ok now? Have you got a manual switch for the fan? Might be worth having it on early to keep it cooler.

took thermostat out of it today , also tomorow im going to re root my water pipes and do away with the water to the turbo as i think the turbo is just warming the water up to much and causing it to overheat as it only seams to get very hot when on boost

will it be alright doing it that way? just wondering if the turbos themselves require the water passing through them?

Don't think they do , atm the water is just getting heated as its passing through the turbo not cooling it like its ment to

i went back through the water temps and inlet temps on the data logger after the dyno runs on mine tonight. i get 93 degrees hottest which was after about 5 runs in a row, inlet temps were at 27 degrees at the hottest. does yours just constantly rise up?

Yep when driving of boost on a open road it sits at 69ish the when boosted just starts to constantly rise, just think the turbo is heating up that much when the water passes throug it's heating it up till all the water has passed through then causing high pressure and the cap I then opening , well hope it's that
