my wheels were;

front, 15x7j ET 25 165/50 tyres
rear, 15x8 ET13 185/45 tyres

the rears needed lots of camber and i used 2 standard arches to make one wider one.

your best bet would be to start with an ET35 barrel and try out different dish widths out

i'm considering image wheels for my golf, if i do, i'll drive to them and try out different options to get the perfect fitment considering they're completely custom

on standard arches 9j would be too much. 7J front, 8.5j rear at a push with a et25 offset would be max i wreckon. 8j rear would be playing it more safe but would work and look good.

think im going to have to get these next not keen on the price but have heard good things from this kit

http://www.tuning.co.uk/vm/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage_tryout&product_id=122&category_id=172&manufacturer_id=0&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=26

also thanks for the replys fella's defo going with image wheels did think weller at first but they only come in one or two sizes...... one being 13x10!

i now need to make up my mind on what style or i may get 2 different sets think im becoming a wheel whore?

iv looked at my clocks and me and a mate think there not normal
1) only 130mph
2) no red marks for the 30 mph mark
3) has the right fuel level and temp guage that the gsi's have.

its making me think it could just be because its a import?

I had that suspension kit on my old B, handled pretty well I thought. The ride was quite hard but you could throw it round any corner with no troubles at all.

had a look at the random wire cluster that was on the top of the near side strut body and decided it wasnt doing anything
so ripped it out

after doing that there was some wires leading to the battery and two though the bulk head i took them off the battery and pulled them through, under the dash was a delay relay made by phillips and earthed out on the dash mount on the near side. the wires then run round the back of the dash to where the ecu is going into a relay and the wire runs to the ecu plug with some standard wires cut. iv managed to get hold of another engine loom but only time will tell if its going to help will get some pics up of it soon bit worried now though....

Glad to see you went for the Apex kit It'll look good with those on. It's definitely worth getting new top mounts too, I got them when I put the Apex kit on as the ones on the car had seen better days

Depo's sound pretty good too, all in all I like the way this is going

A Frost Blue Opel Corsa GSi in itself might not be that rare, but they are in England because Vauxhall never sold them in this colour.
