Looks a very tidy conversion mate. Looks really good, shame about the problem & that dodgey linkage you was fobbed off with.

Problems

N/S hub has been machined too small - spins inside the inner raceway of the wheel bearing... New hub time

And, DVLA have asked for evidence of the engine change, boooooo...

Could be a little while until it's on the road now

What do you mean by a reciept? Only reciept I have is when I wrote the engine number down on a napkin

Haven't got anything left to do, finished bits and bobs this morning then discovered that when we put the wheel back on

But, right enought DVLA are a bunch of plebs - wrote on the letter that I had included a change of keeper which is complete nonsense!

Just read the whole letter, the wifey who wrote takes a tone with me at the end...

"very few manufacturer produce an engine of capacity 2000cc, please provide accurate evidence of this when you return your V5C"

What difference does 2cc make to them, bawbags

Yes, but I'm such a tit - even after I asked you I wrote 2000cc down by accident, must of been saying it in my head!

I'll get my mate to rig up a letter for the DVLA I think...
