Don't get me wrong; I think it looks excellent but I can't really see where £25k has gone?

£80 on a 2m hdmi cable is at least £75 more than is required.

£25k? Seriously?

Does that include theoretical labour charges?

To be fair, look at the pics on the 1st page. Theres alot of work gone into it, assuming the £25k includes everything and not just the equipment I should imagine it soon stacks up.

That room including all building work and equipment could quite easily cost £25K

Not sure why a lot of you are doubting it cost £25k. I only roughly added up but I imagine it has creeped over that figure.

Door painted black now... Same with the skirting.

I'd agree in a little teenagers bedroom connecting a PS3 to a little TV, but we wanted to use QED everything in terms of wires... Ya'know, just because... It's like modifying cars, I guess. All my HDMI's in my bedroom are of the same brand -- it's just me being a tart really. I know digitally they all do the same thing.

Doing something nicely and properly does cost. If I were to have a big fuck off AV system in my house I'd go for the same, hide it!

You can, but it still takes ages to get right... Lots of devices and needs lots of customizing. All the lights in the room are controlled by it too...

More pics tonight -- gunna get some decent updated pics.
