Hoses are very nice Shaun, just a shame they cost so much, fine if they are a present though!

Cheers guys. I had a look at a few other corsas today to see how the boot should line up with the bumper and I now know that mine deffo isnt right I'm pretty sure that we've pulled the back panel out too far which is causing the boot to sit too far back and too high in relation to the bumper. So more work is needed to get it perfect.

Hopefully should be some more nice updates soon

Looks real smart that mate, you should put these pics in your own project thread though, don't clutter up Shaun's

Thanks all

Jay, Had to be red hoses they look mint against the white paintwork. Deffo made the right choice listening to you

Got some updates to post Firstly I've made a couple of impulse purchases over the last week lol. I didn't really plan to buy either of these but im so glad I did!

After going out in Sean-b's Corsa again last weekend and hearing the sound of it I fell in love Sounds fookin awesome! He mentioned to me that Richardhhha was selling the same exhaust as his on here so I had to have it. I was always a bit worried about my current system being too loud with the 1.6 in. This one will sound ace! Also means I can run a decat as well without be deathened

Its a stainless steel Janspeed cat back system with a 3.5" tip

My anti-roll bar and tie bars were looking a bit tired and I spotted that shauny bizzle was spliting his GSI. I decided to buy his one off him rather than cleaning and repairing my 1.0 one

Its a GSI one, freshly powdercoated with Polysport bushes oh yeahh!

Both excellent sellers, cheers lads

Time to do a bit more work to the car. Theres a few bits of rust in the engine bay that have been bugging me. I didn't want to fork out to have the bay fully resprayed as its just not worth it. Seeing as its going to be main everyday car again it would just get fecked again probably. So I set about sorting it myself I've just done a small area today to make sure it looks alright. Its come out bloody mint to be fair! really pleased with it. I took the rust back to the metal, treated it then primed and painted it

Heres a quick pic to give you an idea of how it was before, you can see the rust here:

After

Now I know I'm able to get a good finish Im going to do a few other small areas which need some attention. I've also ground back all the rust on the lower crossmember and undersealed it. Should keep it mint for a few more years to come

More updates coming next week
