From listening to the copper who carried out this 'investigation', even if we won - the costs would be paid back at a rate at which the offender could afford, since he's only a minor - I'd get fuck all

and when i was paid damages after an assault the guy was unemployed and i still got £75 a month off him, paid my car insurance off for 6 months

Thats how we caught him doing it but he ran into his car. But we went to his door, But his kids were there saying 'Who is it daddy?' That fucked me up.
So we just left and this guy i know is going to do it another way, Im keeping out of it though.

No, If he hadnt pleaded guilty he would have walked away scot free.
His lawyer told us he only pleaded guilty because we knew where he lived and wanted that to be the end of it.
We'll see.
