hope you followed him back to where he came from, then you can let the police know exactly where he works/lives. Glad you managed to get a pic of someone in the act though, should help alot

He walked out the building and walked right past my car then had a double take at it. Walked up the road a bit and came back down, leaned over my car to grab my ariel.
Luckily my ariel is a hindged Richbrook one so he was shat on anyway..
I was up the road abit "waiting at the bus stop" and ran over and asked if i could help him, He stuttered and i took a picture.
He said 'Thats illegal."
I said " So is scratching my car".
He said he didnt know what i was talking about.
He then said i was to get th camera out my face or he'd "snap me in two", I told him that was he just said was all i needed as i was taking a video and caught everything, He then went onto his mobile as i got in the car and drove away.
Picture is with the Police so i'd rather not post just yet.
He's about 40, Drives a 56 plate 307 and is "The Worlds Best Dad".

I'd of personally smacked hm in the mouth. He'll just get a warning from the police (if that) and then come back and brick your car properly.

My car isnt going back there or anywhere near it.
Police do nothing then i'll do his car over, I didnt like it happening to me and would feel like scum but what goes around comes around.

get the video tapes (im sure you are trying) as that will be the best possible evidence.
even if you do get it and he is found guilty the court may not make him pay the damages, you may need to take him to civil court for that. He may be given the option of covering the damages rather than face harsher punishment if he is found guilty. The CPS will see the photo you took of him and your statement of seing him snap the aerial as circumstantial evidence and wont take it as any proof that it was him that did the previous damage.
