Or maybe the guy would think theres that mini with a private plate, that'll be a lot easier to spot in futur and i'll be able to smash up any new car he might get.

My ex left her car nearby in a busy residential area last year over night, and came back to footprints, dents and scratches on the bonnet, roof and boot, with all 3 wiper blades and arms bent where some cunt had done the same.
There's just no respect for people's property anymore, and they know nothing serious will happen to them so don't care about getting caught.

Good to know you caught the guy, even if he doesn't get the punishment he deserves.

Remember when my car got broken into, the worst bit was it could have been anyone and the police didnt wanna know.

Atleast with that video you may be able to muster some interest from the coppers and you might even get some sorta compensation in the end.
