79mm is standard bore size, depending on the condition and roundness of the bores (they tend to go oval due to piston skirt wear) best bet is get a 0.5 or 1mm overbore and get a piston to match.
forged pistons usually have a higher compression ratio to improve performance and can handle much higher temperatures. they also usually come with deeper valve pockets for use with bigger cams.
