my nets been dropping the connection lots latley. and ive just realised it's when ever someone picks the phone up.

any ideas? all i can think of is the Filters? anything else it could be?

it on a shared line or a split line (i.e. does your broadband use the same phone number as your home phones, or is the line split and has a different number?

uses the same line as the phone. and i have filters on all wall sockets.

I dont suppose you have wireless phones and wireless internet do you?

one upon a long ago i had this problem, when the phone rang...it owned my WIFI signal.

yer the phones are wiresless and my routers wireless two, but im connect to it via cable

my mams just told me tht our phone line isnt provided by BT nomore, will that have summat too doo with it?
