a have tried a new tps cts and lambda sensor so could a bad earth cause this or have a missed somthing out any ideas would be good cheers ..

idle air control valve

have you done a diagnostic on the ECU?

a have done the paper clip test and no faults came up, could it be the air temp sensor thats all its left to change cheers ...
