Of an online shop. My brother's going to propose it to De Vere hotels, and he needs to make a business plan.

Advantages:
Will bing more business
Professional image
Allow automated booking and payment processing freeing up current staff's time
Disadvantages:
Needs to be secure
Might bring TOO much business in
Loads more but you get the idea
