can i just drill the whole thing out, as surely the two conneters are thre for the std speckers and not needed!

Try help zone, thats what it's there for.
Why do you want to put 4 into each door? there are only 2 terminals per speaker, so are you putting 2 speakers in each door?

Jamie, I did think it may be tweeters and woofers, but most people I know, including myself, have fed one set of wires through to the door, then split them using the crossovers provided in the kit and mounted them in the door.
Therefore only 2 wires would be needed per door, thats why I am confused ?
