Is there a quick and dirty way to repair the headgasket? IE - Radweld or similar?

Just do the headgasket yourself, its very easy to do, shouldnt cost much in parts either.

dpends how far gone it is, could need skimming so re doing gasket will just go again

If its only just goin you might get away without skimming, just new gasket and bolt kit. easy.
