hiya ppl heres my rebuild list of wht am doin and i wanna achive 400bhp but still dont now wht turbo to use?
86.5mm pistons 8.0.1cr keronite coated
nikasil coating in the bores or liners which ever best to have?
1.9mm head gasket
forged conrods arp bolts
sputter bearings
crank polish and balance with standerd flywheel
oil spray kit dont which method to use either the regal way or courtney way?
arp flywheel bolts
girdle
proberly 3inch intake pipes and hoses
head ported and polish, qed double springs, steel caps,platforms, 1mm oversized valves waisted inlets but non waisted outlets.
still dont know about the cams, am thinkin about a cossie setup like short lift long duration cam,
intake manifold am going to get one from blueprint thats like a cossie one as well,
turbo exhaust manifold am going to make one out of a nissan one 200sx,
a 6 paddle clucth
f28 gearbox
770cc injectors
pro 8 mangament ecu.
i jst dont know wht turbo to have i jst dont wanna suffer frm to much lag and i certainly dont want any surge, ive been lookin at a gt30r wht do u think to this?

you want to look at the GT28R which will make your 400 without any problems BUT thats prob its max, if you fancy trying for some more power at a later date look at the GT3071R which will make 500.
As for you cams look at 260-270ish duration, 11-12mm lift BUT saying that i have seen XE Inlet Cam give 400mark again it will be on its limits.
