what mount set up do i have? the car doesn't have power steering obviously will use the clocks from an sri with a new cable.

same as any other 16v, but will need new rad and new bottom coolant hose

i use a 1.4 8v rad and hoses anyway! i thought there was a prob with the mounts on a 12v, don't know why!

no, only prob is the wiring, which isnt really a problem as such

un peeling all the tape and pulling it back through to the footwell, yeah childsplay

If you cant tell what mounts to use i suspect you may find the wiring interesting!

no i was told that the 12v,had a different osf mount due to the width of the motor, was just wondering, i wasn't a question regarding the install in anyway, this'll be my 4th xe conversion since christmas, 2 gsi's, 1x 1.2 16v with eps, and now the 12v. haven't got many pics on my hard drive atm, but here's a pic of my current completed one (the day i fitted the hoses) the motor has now been fully mirror polished, loads of custom stainless bits, oversized slut brace top and bottom (front), one off header tank etc etc....
