Difficult, as i want to take it out to paint it, and waxoil the floor above it

havent even had a look yet so please excuse me if its easy

just want to know

adam-d has removed his fuel tank, including all lines & other bits on his white corsa, might be worth asking him??

easy-remove filler cap to release pressure, open up tank sender cover disconnect plug to tankt op, go under car remove 4x13mm bolts that hold straps in place,tank will come free then disconnect lines and two hoses with jubilee clips on.

I have removed a few petrol tanks in my time. It's a dog to do

The only other thing you have to do is turn the car on with the fuel pump un-plugged to use the fuel in the fuel lines.

I would recomend you unclip the fuel lines before you remove the tank too. But it's easier to remove the filler/breather hoses with the tank on the floor.
