I am going to be fitting a set of Infinity components tomorrow in my Corsa B. Where would people recommend mounting the crossover? As I do not want to alter the appearance of the car at all, so no mounting on the outside of the door, or in the door pocket really.
Thanks

but do the screws come through the doorcard then? Or is it screwed to the door, just in the right place to fit behind?

When you take the door cards off have a look behind and theres a fairly thick portion of compact polystyrene. I found it best to cut out a portion of that, enough to fit the corssover in tightly then secure it with eleastic bands tightly so it doesnt move anywhere. Hope that helps

What components did you buy?
I have had to make door pods for mine as they wouldnt go through the hole on the door.

I know you've already done it now, but the easiest way to mount a crossover to the door card is with hot glue. This way it can easily be removed without any trace.

I have Infinity 6500CS components. 90W RMS and 270W peak, and yes, I will be amping them off a JBL 75.2, which has 97W x2 RMS.
