You tried tesco or CIS as I've got a 1.2 8v and it's £1400 tpft on my own name which is still expensiv ebut cheaper than what you pay

when i asked for a quote "just for reference" they wouldnt give me one because it wouldnt be reliable.....pretty confusing, my mum even rang up to see if she could pay by direct debit and me give her the money, but they wouldnt let her.

i know, apparently my post code is a D* rating which doesnt help. The thing is i was getting quotes for alot less online. got one from tesco online for £1595. It shocked me when they told me i couldnt take out a policy with them over the phone. Not exactly made of money paying 157£ a month with a part time job.

torque should be around 2800-3000
then power drops off at around 5500.
but don't expect to feel this 'torque', ur better of hunting down the loch ness monster!
