For a standard Re-build standard parts including labour etc i would say about £750, i had my C16XE done 3 times

lol well i'm now stuck between gettin an engine rebuild or sell up and get me a 4x4 on chromes lol

if your not clued up dont try it..... it will just be a big waste of cash...
If you are clued up but have never tried it before... buy a haynes manual and follow it word for word... everything you take off label it and mark it from where you took it off and the correct orientation....
Its not difficult but thats only if ya know how..
My rebuild has cost me close to £700 thats with a head rebuild, all gaskets, seals and bottom end rebuild....

cant be arsed with a rebuild now lol, gonna get me self a nice big 4x4 and deck it with hydrolics and chromes lol
