i got a strange rattling noise from the engine  . this happens when i put my car into 3rd or 4th at low revs and when i go to pick up the revs theres this rattling. happens on motorway aswell about 70/80mph.
any ideas?

Your bottom lube sprocket his fired its offset flange through the top mount of your SMB sump imo.

could be a lose heat shield vibrating, could be something on exhaust, could be many things
