could be a lose heat shield vibrating, could be something on exhaust, could be many things

Your bottom lube sprocket his fired its offset flange through the top mount of your SMB sump imo.

i got a strange rattling noise from the engine :(. this happens when i put my car into 3rd or 4th at low revs and when i go to pick up the revs theres this rattling. happens on motorway aswell about 70/80mph.

any ideas?
