I'm sure u lot r fed up answerin this question but I'm gona ask it anyway!
I've -50mm Spax Springs. I took them out after a few months cause the car bounced around all over the place, was back breakin over bumps and generally nodded its head on a smooth road! Was on standard shocks however. If I changed to adjustable Koni's would it still b that bad? Would u's recommend a different shock 2 the Koni's 4 my springs?

-50mm is just toooooo much for the Konis
The Koni Kit is sold with -30mm Vogtland springs (the original ones)
You should have bought shortened Konis from FX, so it can be used with -40 or -50mm springs

Cheers

It will be a hard setup even with the -30mm.
To keep some confort you really need to revalve the Konis.
However Vogtland or H&R confort springs, are softer than other makes of springs like Eibach (my setup) so it should help if you fit these springs.

The best Koni kit is the Whiteline one, because they revalve the dampers and fit their own springs so the kit is tuned for bumpy roads.
