quick question///// have asked this before but.....wanna make sure!

seats seem to be sqeeky,was gona hav a go at removing them,to tighten them up! IS THIS EASY? IS THERE ALOT OF SCREWS? WHAT'S THIS ABOUT THE RED-FORK?(inserting for safety)...
