Yes it will make me feel better cos I feel like Im being ripped off at the moment!

Ill know by the end of the day whether Im gettin my money back or whether they are going to get their fingers out of their backsides and give me the goods!

PVD are shocking! Serious break down in communications between staff and customers when orders are delayed etc. Their was a post up yesterday about them going bust, someone had heard that they were but Vicki (PVD director) has since posted and denied all the rumours (the 'bust' post has also been deleted. Is their any wonder why rumours like these start with customer service as it stands? Also Vicki says that PVD ltd is owned by another limited company, so how easy would it be to just let PVD go bust and start up another name company using all PVD's assets I ask

m8 just get ur money back and forget the wheels and order it from somewhere else, they will prolly do it cheaper and u will get a better quality service . u mite even get the alloys within this week if u order it from somewhere else

^ agreed, they dont deserve your custom treating you like this. Try Wheel Base, if they are more expensive see if they will pricematch.

Their is NOTHING cheap OR exclusive about PVD.

Id never heard anything bad about them before but then Id never asked. Everywhere else will be able to get ET45 Im presuming? That was part of the reason for going to PVD cos they were the only people that Id seen advertising specific Vauxhall offsets. Any other places you might recommend trying?

what wheels are they? Look up the manufacture website and look for local dealers. I'd say Wheel base has to be one of the best

yeah , i cant fault wheelbase.Very good knowledge of what they are selling and what they fit to etc.Got my wheels from them before the date they said they wud come.

Still waiting for my suspension from PVD 4 WEEKS AND COUNTING
Made phonecalls today and guy said he would phone me back, no such luck.
Gonna try for a refund and get from somewhere else.

U must have ordered same time as me. They are fucking hopeless.
Im suprised no1 from PVD has tried to stick up for themselves on here. They probably cant though cos they know themselves they are shit.

Get your money back because it is making a point people are not happy and they will start loosing business!!!

I threatened them with getting a court order against them!!!
That is the best way to get your money back.. Other wise they will just f**k you about........

Fair play mate, I got my old man on the phone to them and he threatend them with a court order..........Hopefully people will take note of all these posts and stop ordering from them..

I've given up phoning them as the person u need to speak to is not there, busy or whatever, excuses , excuses. They dont even have the decency to return ur calls, even when i said to the guy that i dont mind waiting, its just that i want to know how long i have to wait.To be honest when i first phoned up and ordered, the guy on the other end kept putting me on hold as he didn't know the answers to my questions

.This is definately the first and last time i will order from them, and if there is any good to come from this post it will be to inform other decent people on here not to order from them.

This is fantastic reading, possibly the UK's biggest most well know Vauxhall Tuning Company is giving poor service, never who'd of thaught that?

Oh and if anyone seriously wants a court order give me a shout, I work as a part time bailiff for the High Court executing warrants.
