remove steering wheel
remove dials
remove center console
remove all switches n such
remove glove box & all air ducts
remove ashtray
unscrew fuse box, all wiring harnesses & any other screws you find
open bonnet
remove scuttle
remove wiper motor & mechanism
undo all bolts within bulkhead
back in car
just keep pulling now if all bolts are undone, it will come out
just takes time like adam says

and this is what it will look like once you've removed it

you feeling brave??

i've not put the dash back in so wouldnt know about difficulty on re-fitting, but here is latest pic, i'm re-doing all wiring so is why its been removed

wiper motor & scuttle is pish to remove & refit though!

think the biggest problem you will have when re-fitting the dash will be trying to get all the wiring to fit as it was before you removed it,

put it this way if u can undo it
you can redo it
just lay the bits out on paper in the order that you took it off ten reverse to re-fit
