Having problems with it at the minute, first been that the alert for texts and emails has stopped working. It doesn't make a sound just vibrates. I haven't changed any settings it just stopped working, call alert works perfect though!

Second is that it seems to be running very slow. I have tried resetting it and also deleting any unwanted files.

Has anyone ever had or sorted these problems?

Had the software update pop up again yesterday and won't download again, anyone found a fix for this ?

Mine is doing that with the update too, wander if that is causing the problem

anyone had any luck updating this phone yet? also anyone clued up as I don't know the best camera setting and can you choose a background for the app screen ?

I clear the cache, then downloaded it on 3g :O

seemed to work,



Presumably when my phone comes back from HTC it will already have it

I googled,

that Update xxxxx wont install HTC one,


there came up numerous threads with people having the same issue, it told me how to do it in there


I dont have my phone so i cant have play to find out how i did it

try a google
