Having spent December in Thailand I'm quite jealous.
If I didnt have a decent job and about to move into my 1st house I would be thinking about moving over there too.

22 and have my own flat.
Got it last September when i was 21. Sold my car for a banger to get my deposit together.
Mortgage was for 83K on large 2 bed flat. Girlfriend moving in soon, if i ever split up with her I can always rent a room to a mate.

I thought Donna and me would get max £150k.. As it happens, we "could" have had another £100k on top of that!!!!!! But we got a 3bed with a double garage (although we need 2 more ), everything we always wanted.

see an independant one who doesnt want payment unless you choose him, get him to get the stuff sorted, then do it yourself

22 live in a shared house which is ok, cant afford property around watford as its silly money, hopefully pass my horticulture degree and then get a head gardeners job with propery. then i can get a morgage on a place and rent it out so it pays for itself and i can fall back on it or sell and buy a house once it has gone up in value...fingers crossed

Or see a proper independant one who doesn't charge you a thing and gets the commission from the lenders?
And do none of the work at all, and pay none of the costs?

27 living at home and part own a house
mines is a weird one, mum and dad split up both moved out into other houses and left me in the family house since i was 19/20 which in a way was kinda lucky as i had applied for another house then anyway although it was just a 1 bedroom local rented flat
no mortage on it but the other bills are scary

Moved out when i was 19 once in with my ex after a year it was over,moved back with my dad.
Been here since he cant get rid
Its free so i love it even more spend all my money on car and my savings

Im a student in my student house away from home, will (possibly ) be moving in with my girlfriend and my mate and his fiance, although after some current events involving his missus its looking a bit shaky 3 months before weve even moved in....
After uni will be living with my girlfriend in some sort of newish rented flat/apartment until the housing market becomes a bit more affordable / stable, and whilst we are renting we will build up a stock of 'first time buyer furniture' to spread out the cost a bit 
Also with my accountancy degree in the bag dont want to buy in an area with shite wages

Let your g/f live a little more yet before getting a mortgage or she'll be wanting a divorce at 40! OR take the mortgage out on your own.

or better still buy the house yourself and don't let her move in
At present there is no way my g/f would move in. Best decision I made was to buy and live alone

the bad thing about moving out is that you need your constant income, so would be screwed financially if you wanted to change jobs and couldn't get straight into something of similar money.

21 on tuesday and still at home, been debating moving out but cant sell the beemer yet Plan to move out when im a little older and my g/f has a good income, as if i moved out i wouldnt survive alone
