I'm thinking of moving out as soon as I get a load of money saved. Just wondering who on here rents or has a mortgage or still lives at home.
How much are you paying a month?

Think a mortgage will be too much to cope with round here

I'm 20, pay £100 a month to live at home still.

22, £25 a week easy life at mother-in-laws

I movedo ut of home when i was 17 into a flat of my own, ive lived in a few flats before (rented), but now im saving up for a mortgage with the misses and planning to buy something together.
My previous place was £350 + bills.

unless your on a very tidy sum you will struggle to get a good mortgage.
Some companies might give you a lower rate for a few years (until your earnings go up), but then after that you'll likely to be tied in with them with a way over the top interest rate.
