I pay most of the bills and food anyway.
But yes, cleaner, washing etc. is such a bonus

im 20 currently in student accomodation. dont know what ill be doing when i graduate though, probably move back in with my parents

19 - rented accommodation, same till i finish uni and then i'll buy a house, won't live at home anymore no need

I'm 23 and my girlfriend's 20. We both stay with our parents, even together we couldn't affoard our own place as she's still at college. In a year or 2 once she's graduated and got a job we'll maybe think about it.

Bought at 26. I wouldn't even consider doing anything until the Bank of England decides if its going to crash house prices any time soon.

23- moved out into a flat (bought) 1 month ago. Value -£119k. My parents helped me out with my deposit though so I'm lucky. Salary is just under £21k

21 - renting while at uni, moving home in July, hoping to purchase a house by the time im 24 at the latest

lived at uni on own from 18 to 22

lived at home again for a year whilst i save up

24 this year, will have my own place by the end of this year

no way i want o waste my money every month on car payments

want about 20k deposite - should lighten the load a bit, meeting with bank manager at 10am on Saturday

26 and me and kirsty live in my parents house

mum and dad split up and both bought other houses and i got left in the house but i pay all the bills cept council tax so iv got a bloody good thing going and in no rush to move out tbh

TBH i think people will panic buy anything in their price bracket if the rates show any sign of going up any higher

i agree. i kno mate who took out mortgages and could only just afford them a year ago, the interest will crpple them when their 2 year fixed rate runs out

i'll be moving out shortly, i'm 21, just got a job in london so moving 200miles+ down south will rent for first 3 months then buy in the area i want
