Really need help getting my cold air hose to the bottom grille, at the moment i have it poking out the bottom of my car but it wont be getting much air through as the splitter blocks half of it. It always scrapes so i need to move it pronto.
I have a 1998 1.4 16v corsa sport power steering version and cannot see a way of getting the cold air feed to the bottom grill.
there is a cover in the way that i need to cut or to remove but the cold air feed will not fit past the fan belt. Does anyone know any ways of getting it to the bottom grill cheers.
pics of my engine bay

any of your pics showing it going to the grill would be very helpful
cheers

I'll give you a pound if it makes any difference to the running of the car no matter where you put the pipe
When your moving there is a shite load of cold air flying through the bumper and grill straight into the engine bay, straight into the air pipe.
You would need a long pipe to reach all the way from the bumper, up into the wheel arch, and around to the filter.

Thats because its a 1.2 and you have more room.
You can get it to the grill, but your o/s wheel arch liner might need trimming.
