I am pretty useless with computers, so want peoples advice.
can anyone recommend a good desktop pc (just the desktop) that is semi decent for gaming, budget up around 500 or do i just buy myself a 360 and keep using my 7 year old current badboy??

your not going to get anything too good for gaming for £500, you'd struggle for that price even if you built it yourself.
Would probably suggest a 360 or PS3 if your current computer is still OK for everyday use.

You won't build a gaming system for less than a grand. Thats how much mine cost me and it barely is entry level for gaming.
