'M' Sri 8v, 48k
Been looking through all history ive got for the car, because we havent had the cambelt done and I couldnt remember being told it had been done 
Went through shit loads of receipts and found one for when the head gasket went, as follows -
Replace cylinder head, gasket and bolts - Fine
Skim head - Fine
Oil + filter change - Fine
Renew antifreeze - Fine
Replace thermostat - Fine
The only one im slightly concerned about is this
RENEW timing belt + tensioner.....
That mean it is new, or has just been reconditioned or something along those lines?
Btw this was all done at 38k so if it is new got plenty of time till the next change.

probably meants a new one has been fitted, theres no such thing as a reconditioned belt or tensioner, its either new or used.
if in doubt just fit a new timing kit on it, they are easy on the 8v engines.
