how the hell are you ment to tighten in because you cant get a shifter in to hold the top bit?????

whay cant you fit it then?

just tighten up the top nuts as normal.

yeh i have an extention bar its just the nut turns the whole thing. when you take it off you have to use to spanners

the only way i could do it was by taking the plastics off around it and use an air gun
