You can't buy a kit as such, but you can get the inlet manifold from bogg brothers in Yorkshire - http://www.boggbros.co.uk/index.html
They will fit them too, no idea on prices though, Total Vauxhall had a guide recently though, showing them being fitted on an orange Nova saloon, that had prices and stuff in the guide.

Fitting them on a std c12nz would probably give about 5-10bhp gain.
A lot of the gain on twin carbs comes from better cams/headwork...

Its not even hard to be honest. Bogg bros will charge AROUND £700 to supply and fit R1 carbs, this excludes management and mapping though which can be anything from about £100-1k
