found that the threads on my hub were all torn away and my bearings were fcuked. anyone had this before?

seen it few times mate ,,,,,,, normaly due to a couple o things ,, one being loose hub nute (painful) ,,,,,, and other due to fekked bearings,, i take it yer talkin about the rear ?
