they are used to centralize the wheel on the hub so that the bolts or nuts tighten up straight and dont crossthread.you would be better off with plastic ones though, as the metal ones tend to seize on either the wheel or hub and can be a right pain to get off.

indeed, one of mine seized on and it was a nightmare trying to get it off.

but if they are sent with metal rings then there is a reson for them sending them with the wheels!


use metal dont use plastic!

wolfrace always send metal spigots. but, i replaced mine with plastic to eliminate siezing.

erm no they don't iv'e had 2 sets of wolfrace alloys and both came with plastic spiggots

could anyone advise me where I can get a set of suitable plastic ones for my cally and at what cost. The spec is as follows, Wolfrace Tornados PCD 4x100 et 42 running 205/40/R17's. Cheers, a PM would be great.
