If you've delclared your bodykit with your insurance company & have an accident thats not your fault, will the other insurance company pay for your bodykit or just standard bumpers? Also what about the opposite, you have an accident that is your fault will your company pay out for your bodykit?

all depends on your company rules elephant for example will only put your car back to standard in the event of an accident if it wasnt your fault im sure you claim for loses due to crash that would be the bodykit etc

but you really need to check your certificate of insurance for the terms and conditions on modifications
