i had a "performance" exhaust fitted to my corsa about 5 months ago and ever since its been very sluggish and cant get more than about 50mph out of it,its alos drinking fuel like a fish.the exhaust in questionh is a tuneable one with vent that open and close to alter the sound.ive noticed that when i close the vents it gets even more sluggish and loose even more power.
its a 4" tail pipe but with all the vents its only about 2".there is a bolt on the end of the tail pipe wich i assume is for taking out the middle(muffler)?.if i took out the muffler would it make any differance to performance?,i dont care if the sond goes as im just desperate to get it back to the way it was.
