Probably not, the emissions will be sky high, so will the hydrocarbons!

Thats why they invented fuel injection

Do you have a catalyitic converter? That might help a bit

jusr reduce the fuelling and it will pass then re tune it for power after (swappiung cat in and out as necesary)

that or convience them it's a modded nova sport engine

My bucket passed a MOT with the carbs on all setup no problem at all
