At a guess: Twin Webber 45's with Alpha ignition system - thats got speed limiter, rev limiter, rev counter output, speed output and the possibility to have a lambda indicator and a shift light.... Might even have Alpha cams?

genuinely interested, i love carbs, but turbochargers get the better of me and push carbs to 2nd best

It Replaces The Standard Induction A Bit Like Throttle Boddies. And Yeah There Very Lumpy When The Cars COLD !
