how much ice can i put in my car before needing a second battery. and if i have 2 battery's will the altanator need changing

first thing would be upgrading the big 3, basically the battery to alternator, battery to chassis and battery-ve to alternator or something like that. that would usually get rid of most problems people get such as dimming lights, but if you intend to play alot of ice which engine off or like screens a couple k rms then could go for a 2nd battery. all you need is a split charge relay so the alternator recharges both, looks like this
