just so you guys with mot's coming up and no catalictic converter, my corsa GSi (1994) passed the emissions test with a de-cat pipe on, dont know how it did but i didn't complain.

only thing it needed was ned ball joints on the suspention and welding on the Off side chassis bar(s), plus rear left brake show and pad, £287 all together, bit pricey but car is sweet now after forking out for a ned Dis Park, feels like a new car, dis pack was £153 +VAT but blagged it and got VAT taken off, also ordered an I.C.V caus engine mamagement light was on and that cost me £125!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh wel, car is eating at my bank account but i'm still hanging in there, resorting to buying clothes from ebay, shame they dont do food on there caus my cupboards are empty caus of car!!!

gotta sort ABS tomorrow, hopefully just the bulb gone on dash, if not i'm selling the car if anyones interested!!!

Fergie.

I have a dis pack in my garage you could of had for a couple of quid.

They probably didnt bother to much with the emisions as they probably guessed youd say fit the CAT back and the fact you spent so much

The fault on the ICV normally comes up as the EGR system which is over £300 to replace at Vauxhall.

Passing the emissions is different to requiring a catalytic convertor. They're two individual tests - you can pass emissions but with no cat, you should still fail.
